Appreciating our Bonanza Community

Bonanza was created to be a place where online buyers and sellers could connect in a way that was friendlier, more social, and that offers a great experience for everybody involved in each transaction. Our entire site has been built around putting success in the hands of our merchants by creating tools to benefit their businesses and help them thrive.
 
One of the most valuable tools we offer is our seller community forum. You'll find some of our most experienced and knowledgeable sellers posting in the forum. It's all about helping and supporting each other.

Bonanza's Community Help page is a place you can get answers to general questions from the community. Any user can ask a question, and any user can post an answer. You can find the guidelines for posting here: https://support.bonanza.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001264472
 
Your questions - along with the answers you receive from experienced members on Bonanza - may benefit the entire community, such as "What's the most effective way to promote my items on Facebook" or "How do I participate in a community sale?". Questions should be short and to the point. Questions of a personal nature are not allowed.

Our active community provides each other with helpful tips and tricks for selling, while also engaging users with daily fun and games. There are word association games and favorite book threads. Plus, there are promotional Deals & Promotion pages.  

 We are grateful to all the sellers who so generously give their time to help out other sellers in the community forum. We deeply appreciate the support for Bonanza from our community.

I love browsing through the Community Help pages and often find the answers I need before having to contact customer service. But I wish there was an easier, more accessible path to the Deals and Promotions forum so more people can benefit from the offers posted there!

Great i need a lot of help
My issue is getting my listings on Google
and getting my listings to show combine shipping rate
for my buyer using ups from PayPal shipping, I have been refunding about $60 + per order. I think this is hurting my sales.

Your handmade figures are wonderful! Be sure to add lots of keywords to your descriptions so folks can find these treasures in Google Shopping advertising.

Hi MuhammadA1955! Bonanza does allow the sale of artisan knives. They should also be accepted at Google for advertising.

Keep up the good works. There might be some experts on fiverr.com that can help you with SEO and help you promote your store, at low cost. Just type in bonanza in the search engine

Bonz air-jackets would be nice. Maybe with a mongoose atop the Space Needle,or a pangolin on EMP,on the back (where can we see these?). Be nice if we could buy down the price a dollar with 500 rewards points. They’re light and don’t cost a ton to ship. How many Bonz sellers ship their items in eBay air-jackets?… It’s a rhetorical question.

We are with Bonanza since 2016. Whenever we had any issue related to account, sale, or bonanza shop we always email on [email protected]. TBH we got response within 12 hours which is amazing. Thanks Bonanza support.

Hi! Keywords are words or phrases that people may be searching for when looking for your item. With your figures, I would try to work into your description things like “Unique Gifts” “Gifts for the guy who has everything”, “Christmas presents”, etc.
