Hi, Bonanza seller community!
I’m Sarah from the Bonanza team, reporting in with the monthly bulletin in which we share updates to the site. Our team has been hard at work this past month on the back end keeping our site running smoothly. Here are some recent updates that we are glad to tell you [URL removed]
- Our new leadership team, Greg Braukus, vice-president, and Shelly Breuer, seller happiness manager, have been added to the About Us page. You can see their friendly faces and learn more about Greg and Shelly here – https://www.bonanza.com/about_us
- For Bonanza sellers who accept Stripe, payment notification emails from Stripe will now indicate when shipping or tax has been charged on an order in the Metadata section.
- Refunded transactions will now show a strikethrough on the tax amount on the Billing Statements page.
I hope that you caught Shelly’s blog post about SEO on Bonanza. She provided all of the details that listings should include to catch search engine, thus shopper, attention. Highly recommended for all Bonanza sellers! https://www.bonanza.com/blog/main/SEO_on_Bonanza
Thank you for reading and participating in our forum. We on the Bonanza team are always so grateful to be a part of this wonderful community. This is a challenging and unusual time for everyone. We are here for you and we know that as a community we will make it through!
