Does it really help to have business cards and labels for my business on Bonanzle?
Do you use them?
How do you use them?
Thanks!
Kim ♥

Yes, I think everywhere, and every way that you can show your name/bonanzle helps. Even if I were to sell at another venue, due to bonanzle being the main venue for me I do show that to those places, and before christmas I did have a customer come from ebay to bonanzle as I had what he needed here. Every little small thing helps I believe. I just signed up to a social media & within 24 hrs made a sale from it. Also, I listed something to the facebook marketplace & made a sale within 24 hrs again.
Yes, everything we can do helps the sight out, but also helps us as sellers too.

I put a biz card in all my orders to ebay customers. I also leave then anywhere I see a place to leave cards.
I go to a lot of Antique tractor and car shows in the summer and will be wearing my bonanzle tee and hat. I will have biz cards to pass out when I get asked what bonanzle is.

I have business cards that I carry with me with my Bonanzle Booths listed as well as the main site url. I give them out all the time.
I add a 2×4″ label on the outside of all my packages that has the Bonanzle logo in color and it says “Shop at Bonanzle.com” I don’t add my booths on it – it’s short and sweet with just the main site url.
I have no way of measuring the effectiveness, but it’s my way of getting the name out there in the public eye.

I hand out my business cards (made by you Kim ♥) at doll shows, club meetings, just about everywhere I go when talking about Bonanzle.
I use my stickers (made by Judystationary ♥) on my packages and enclose a bright green note inside thanking people for shopping with me on Bonanzle.
I talk about Bonanzle on Classmates.com in their collectibles forum. I tell everyone I know that has or is selling on Ebay, about Bonanzle. Many of them have joined here already.
I’m of a mind that everything you can do to spread the word about Bonanzle helps.

I have found by way of owning my own brick and mortar clothing store and having an online retail business that advertising is the absolute most important thing that you have to do to have a successful business. You need to be in the forums, set up your item traits, make sure that you add your google attributes and have clear pictures with good descriptions that let people know exactly what they are receiving.
In hopes that this information helps you and others with the same question!

I too put a business card in with all orders, whether orders from Bonanzl or orders elsewhere, everyone gets a business card. In addition cross promote your booth as much as possible…the webcrawlers love this….will help you in "search results. Although many folks do not like facebook fanpages, twitter, google buzz, squidoo etc the webcrawlers love the cross links…anything help’s :)

Advertising everywhere is a good way to get Traffic to your booth. You can Advertise on Stores that offer free advertising, you can make business cards with your BOnanzle URL on them , also shipping labels, it really helps to have your bonanzle Booth URL on the labels, It is awesome how many people your mail goes through before it gets to its destination.
Emails, Make yourself A Contact list, and send specials each week, advertise your booth on Free Site Submissions :) hopefully this information Helps you Cheyenne

Absolutely.
I had a customer call me at home last night because he was interested to know if I had any other issues in a series that he had previously purchased from me. Unfortunately, I did not have these, so I put the word out on the boards in the interest of being able to refer this buyer to someone who had not yet listed them yet.
It was because I included an invoice and a Thank You card that was printed up with my links and Bonanzle all over them that this man (who was a bonzbuyer) knew how to get back in touch with me…Most Bonzbuyers never remember where they purchased something two weeks after the fact.
I also use printed labels with the Bonanzle Logo and cover the eBay Logo on every package I ship through Paypal.

I made a stack of Thank You notes that include all of my pertinent seller information and booth address. I hand write the name, date and my signature and include in all packages I mail. If I sell on another venue, I include a Bonanzle coupon with the thank you note and ask the person to shop with me on Bonanzle. I have business cards that I made and pass out to anyone at any time who I think might be interested in shopping on line. I twitter and Buzz when I post new items. All of these methods of advertising bring some additional focus to Bonanzle IMHO. I have joined several advertising sites online and post there occasionally. When I twitter and buzz, the next day stats always show an increase in booth traffic. Now I am working on conversion so that when those folks are in my booth, they won’t want to leave without buying a few items.

I have concentrated my energies in advertising Bonanzle and other booth owners before I focus on advertising my booth. I have done so by creating numerous advertising videos which I uploaded on YouTube.
As my inventory and business grows I will then concentrate on advertising my booth.
But for now, my goal is to promote Bonanzle.com.

I include a Magnetic Business Card in all my packages. I feel people will keep a magnetic card, throw it on their file cabinet or fridge for reference. I also include a Thank You Note listing all the sites I sell on and my personal email addy. My parcel address labels have a large BONANZLE.com LOGO and I cover any other sites logos with it.
I have had buyers from other sites come to Bonanzle and buy from me after getting my Bonanzle Card.

Absolutely, I include business cards with my Bonanzle orders for easy access in case they don’t keep the packing slips. I also include business cards in my orders from other venues to get the traffic directed here, along with carrying them with me to post on area bulletin boards, hand outs, etc. I also put Bonanazle stickers on every piece of mail that goes out of here (including personal mail as well). A little bit of advertising goes a long way!!

All the above are great ways to advertise. But also, And I’m stating this because I beleive in it. Advertising on your vehicle is probably the best way to advertise because YOUR URL is ALWAYS in potential customers face. It’s not tucked off to the side, tossed in a purse or wallet. It’s right in front of drivers on a daily basis.
Imagine, if you were stuck in traffic, waiting for your kids at school, or waiting for someone that’s in the doctors office or shopping. Would you do a search of that vehicle next or in front of you to see what their websites all about? Sure you would and millions do everday and so do passangers.
So yes, business cards and flyers have their purpose, but remember. Out of site, out of mind!

Yes, of course, it helps to advertise. I put a card in all packages which I send. Also, I add a card to my customers Avon bags. I advertise by tweeting my booth items and also, I tweet for anyone who leave a comment and cruise through my booth!
I also, put items on Facebook, Ning sites, where ever I can. sandra
