Groan ... yet another seller with items in his booth that aren't in his inventory

I’m getting tired of making good faith purchases here only to be refunded either with a, “Sorry, this item is not longer available,” or no explanation whatsoever. Can’t sellers keep track of their inventory and remove items from their booth when they’ve been sold?

Yes, I understand that this is not really a question. It’s more of a complaint. But it discourages buying here.

Unfortunately, some take running a online business much more serious than others. There is a slight chance that the seller may be using an offsite vendor for their cross listing and it could have glitched and not delisted the item when it sold elsewhere. Either way, I do know what you mean, have had it happen several times along many sites.

I am pretty sure it is because of the shopify app that uploads all your stuff from Shopify. The seller did that and then just left it. Most of shopify sellers are dropshippers and unless they manage to update pricing and inventory here regularly it is going to happen.

Something has happened on Bonanza with the process of importing ebay listings to Bonanza on listings with variations, such as color and size. The drop down menus are now corrupted and Bonanza has merged all the sizes together and all the colors together. Apparently with one of the latest updates, the Bonanza platform is no longer robust enough to handle the transfer of listings over from Ebay. Unfortunately that affects available quantity of inventory, which is not the fault of the sellers.

I wish Bonanza would fix their platform to go back to importing variations correctly. This fault of the Bonanza platform discourages buyers when the listings are incorrect due to the failure of the platform to correctly import variations.
