When Bonanza first started, I had a good shop. Several sales a week. Then one day a tech at Bonanza “accidently” hit the wrong button and deleted all active listings. OOPS! couldn’t retrieve them.
I have decided to give Bonanza a second chance. Reopened my shop. No problem. Then EBay listings were doubled. Asked support to look at it. No more duplicate listings but deleted all my Bonanza only listings and a dozen listings I was working on. Sent another help request. Form email and that is it.
Now when I added a new listing and refreshed the shop, Google comes back with 71 photos in error, cannot be crawled. These were listings that have been there and accepted for a couple months.
There is more but will wait for another time. Thank you for letting me rant. Any help is appreciated as I can’t seem to get a reply from the help desk.
