How do you all deal with a customer that keeps buying things and then opening cases on paypal?

There are two buyers that have bought multiple items and then days later after the purchase they opened Unauthorized Transaction cases on Paypal… they tried to purchase more items but I will not ship to them again.

Has anyone dealt with scammers like this?

I would also contact Paypal. Not sure it would make a difference but I am sure Paypal has heard of this before. I’ve never dealt with this before.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hello SECONDARYMARKET,

Thanks for your question. We’re sorry to hear about the difficulty that you have had with this issue. We recommend that you go into your booth settings area and block the buyer as per our help page. https://support.bonanza.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001135971-How-to-block-a-buyer

You may also want to contact our support team to report the buyer. We will conduct an investigation and if we find that the buyer is acting maliciously we may ban them from Bonanza.

If you have any other questions or concerns, I highly recommend reaching out to our support team using the “help” drop down menu or sending us an email to [email protected].

Thanks!
