Items showing for sale that already sold on ebay

I have re-synced my ebay listings, but these items are still showing available for purchase. How do I fix this?

This happens periodically. no oe has ever given a reason that I am aware of. I go through my listing every month and re-remove them. It’s a hassle but better than having unhappy customers or refunding purchases. Hopefully someone else will have a better solution.

Keep in mind everytime you relist/renew an item on eBay etc., it gets carried over to Bonanza and that gives you multiple, duplicate listings of the same item. If it sells here, you should batch edit all your listings and check to delete the duplicate listings of that item.

[URL removed] If it sells ANYWHERE you should check here for duplicate listings!

Hello chicvintagegoods,

Thanks for your question. I took a look at your account and it looks like the eBay importer needs to be reconnected to Bonanza in order to sync up properly. You can do this by clicking on the link on your eBay importer settings page (there’s a warning message at the top of the page).

If you need further assistance getting this done I would recommend contacting Bonanza support by using the “Help” button at the top of any Bonanza page or sending us an email to support @ Bonanza . com.

Thanks!
