New for Sunday: Billing that Works!

On the heels of taking packing slips from suckalicious to not, this Sunday brings the addition of a billing system that is significantly less sucktacular than the billing system of old. Gone are the arbitrary billing intervals (replaced with consistent monthly bills), the bills disappearing (or so I'd like to think), and the general lack of detail about bills and payments (billing page now shows what you've been billed for, when it's due, when you've paid, billing history, and what your payments have been applied toward). The "amount owed" for billing will now include the FVFs for all offers you've sold on the site from whenever your billing period started, through the end of the last calendar month (December 31st), minus the payments you've already made. If you'd like to get an idea of how much you'll owe for next month, there is a link to "see recent transactions," which will show you the FVFs you've incurred for the current month (again, these won't aren't due until the month ends). A side note to be aware of here: to get our billing transitioned to a monthly billing system that calculated billing correctly, we had to delete the previous bills and rebuild them. You will still have all payments previously made, and those payments will still apply to the same transactions they had been applied to previously, but if you had special discounts applied to your previous bills (for instance, if you were billed for a transaction that ended up being canceled), please email [email protected] and let us know so we can re-apply the discount, which we will be only so happy to do. With the recent addition of automatic billing via credit card (added on Friday), there's no better time than the present to get your fees all squared up. We greatly appreciate our sellers that have kept up-to-date on their payments even before we setup the payment reminder system. You rule. But you probably knew that already.
