We are all about caring for animals of any type, be they wild or domesticated, feathered or scaly. Snappy (a baby snapping turtle) shared our goldfish pond for two years before going on his 'walk-about'. Brandon, a baby Bluejay came to work with us for two months before we had him trained to eat food from the wild and eventually left to build his own family.
Currently we have MANY cats, and a one or two expectant mothers. Need a friend?
If not, maybe you can help us by checking out our items for sale. 100% of the profit goes to feed them and when our sales exceed that, it goes to offset vet bills. A new kitten costs an average $75 for their vet visit & our most expensive was B.J. who cost us over $500.
We have been able to reduce our population from the high 90s to about 40 now, through spay/neuter efforts, adoptions and natural attrition. We say about because many of them are a semi-feral, drifting in an out for morning and evenings meals.
Want some adorable cat photos? We've got'em. :-)
