Hello !
My name is Gabriel and I am a chile pepper enthusiast or chile head and passionate grower of a variety of hot organic chile peppers. However, I don't believe in growing nor attempting to taste the hottest peppers in the world! In other words, I don't grow the hottest chile peppers in the world like Bhut Jolokia, Trinidad Scorpion, and the like. I can't imagine there could be any joy nor do I believe one could detect the flavor of these nuclear-like, rattle your senses, chile peppers. Having said that, do whatever jolts your taste buds.
The chile peppers that I do grow have a few things in common that help to produce an abundant harvest. These peppers are passionately grown in small, closely monitored, and carefully cultivated plots that receive an abundance of sunshine. The peppers are nurtured using naturally organic farming methods. The weather here in sunny Surprise, Arizona is ideal for growing beautiful and delicious chile peppers. Daytime temperatures are normally hot and dry, and evenings are usually cool. I primarily grow a variety of hot organic habanero peppers; chocolate, red, and orange habaneros, because they offer unrivaled flavor nuances and high tolerable heat levels to match.
Besides habanero peppers, I have successfully grown and harvested 'Jumbo Jalapenos' peppers, smaller hot 'Early Jalapenos' peppers, heirloom 'Tabasco' peppers, hot 'Chiltepin' peppers (wild bird peppers), 'Chile de Arbol' peppers, 'Serrano' peppers, and a wide variety of bell peppers.
Growing chile peppers has been a passion of mine for the last 15+ years and I have thoroughly enjoyed consuming a great many of them. There is nothing that tastes better than using fresh picked organic chile peppers from your own garden to enhance your favorite food.
So, if you want to try growing your own peppers, or enjoy putting a dash of hot and flavorful pepper sauce on your favorite dish, then try some of Wild West Organics pepper and organic herb seeds or 'Desperado' pepper sauce, for a truly delicious and distinctive kick'in pepper fest!
