Sellers should be aware that expired products or products that have been recalled for any reason are prohibited on Bonanza. The following is a recall notice from the OPSS.
The ‘Q-Nic Care Whitening Underarm Cream’, has been reported in Sweden as non-compliant with the European Cosmetic Products Regulation. The product has been found to contain mercury, which is prohibited in cosmetic products. Mercury accumulates in the body and can damage the kidneys, brain and the nervous system. In addition, it may affect reproduction and the unborn child. The above regulation applies in the UK as well
More information can be found on the European Commission’s website.
