I am fairly new here. Have made a couple of sales. A lady just emailed me to as the status of her shipping. I show no purchased items, no money in my Paypal account. Asked her what she bought and she told me. I checked the item and it is still for sale? Asked her if she paid with Paypal she said no that it told her to wait for an invoice and the item was in her cart.
What am I or she doing wrong? I got a notice from Bonanza then I sold my other items, not this one though.

- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
