While going through the csv generated from the site, I found that it was not reporting webstore sales. Is there another csv report for this or is this an error on the reporting?

Hello brujah_ab,
Thanks for your question. Sorry if there’s been any confusion. As you have seen, Webstore sales do indeed not show on the yearly reports. It’s possible that we could change this in the future, but for now, that is how it is. The Webstore sales will show on the monthly sales report pages. You could track your sales using the monthly pages, or you could also use reports of your transactions on PayPal and Stripe to keep track of things.
If you have any further questions or concerns just let me know, and also feel free to contact our support team at any time.
Thanks.

Not 100% sure on this but it could be because Bonanza doesn’t charge frees for Webstore sales and you are responsible for all of the sales (even though Bonanza helps with processing).

But it they are my Webstore host and are giving me stats on the webstore’s views and sales, there should be a report to download, especially when they are charging tax for these sales.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
